Thanks for the heads up, guys, I really appreciate it. Even though a few seeds may only have trace amounts of cyanide, I'll get some extra fiber/nutrients from other sources. I know that some seeds, such as pomegranate are safe to eat, but I will look up the others to be safe.

"you gotta remember that fruit is designed by nature to be eaten so that the seeds go through the guts of animals and get "deposited" in a "nutrient rich" environment," LOL, It makes perfect sense, triggey. As soon, as I read that, I remembered how seeds also stick to animal fur to get to other places. Isn't science neat?
