How much do you weigh?? And other stats? 1800 calories isn't much, especially if you are active in the gym.... ON 100% whey is great too... Low carbs and sugar when mixed with water... Delicious strawberry is pretty tasty... I can't see that you would put on much muscle at 1800 calories unless you're a pretty small guy... You would definitely lose weight though, for a while...
