Congrats on the loss man.. Is the weight still coming off as rapid as it was at first? After a while with a calorie deficit that severe your body may begin to assume it is starving and it will hinder your loss... Especially considering you're are active, you may be able to increase your calories a bit... DO it slowly, try and extra 200 a day for a couple of weeks or so and if you are still losing wieght.. You can add a bit more after that...etc... Until you find a suitable calorie range for recomposition... Mass calorie deficits result in major loss at first.. However when you find a good calorie range for yourself, you will find it is much easier to maintain your weight lost... You won't gain the weight back after the "diet"..Yo yo dieting!!!!. Because you will learn what your body can utilize effectively.. You can find a calorie range that will allow muscle growth yet minimize fat storage...
