Thanks. The weight loss slowed down considerably after I got to the 45lb mark. The last 10lbs. were much harder to lose. I'm having a more difficult time losing weight now, especially since I'm trying to increase my protein intake. I'm trying to keep the calories down but increase the protein.
I was taking in about 120g of protein a day however this past week I've increased it to an average of 194g per day. I read I should take in at least 1g of protein/lb of body weight. I guess that's lean muscle mass so I wouldn't think that I should consume 265g of protein. I guess I should consume about 200g/day?
