Another thing to consider, now that you are lifting and consuming more protein.. You can't go by lbs. lost on the scale all the time.. You might want to start checking your measurements with a tape.. You may be gaining some good mass.. And that is exactly what you want to happen.. If you are losing inches don't worry about what the scale says all that much.. Especially after a dramatic loss in weight...
