Felt tired today, but got in a decent workout tho,squats were feelin ok, still a bit sore from monday.I lightened up press and went with a tad more volume, my whole shoulder area was pumped up bigtime!! I havent done rep work for ages especially on shoulders, it felt nice to have good bar speed again on presses
I then did some speed work/form practice with deadlifts.10 super easy singles at about 50%.
