I was taking in about 120g of protein a day however this past week I've increased it to an average of 194g per day. I read I should take in at least 1g of protein/lb of body weight. I guess that's lean muscle mass so I wouldn't think that I should consume 265g of protein. I guess I should consume about 200g/day?
I weigh 165lbs and I'm taking in +300gr protein per day from whole food. Up your protein intake. It's better to get 1.5 to 2 grams/lb IMO.

Another thing to consider, now that you are lifting and consuming more protein.. You can't go by lbs. lost on the scale all the time..
Great point ENorris.

Like ENorris said, increase your calories a little bit. I think your fat loss will increase. 2000 is just too low for someone your size. Good work so far. Stay dedicated. Your fat loss will start to slow a little...the less fat you have, the harder it is to lose. But I think you can lose it faster than you lost the last 10 lbs.

Good luck.
