Thanks for all the help. I'll increase my protein intake even more. I have a protein shake in the morning and eat some fruit for carbs like an apple or 1/3 of a banana and some berries (black berries, raspberries, blueberries).
From an earlier post I was confused about how to calculate the right amount of carbs to consume with my protein shake. I think I read that in order for the protein to be consumed properly I have to calculate the 'right' amount of carbs?
