Today was one of those no energy days, but I don't think it affected much. I just suck. Going to try squats/DLs Friday if my back is up to it. We'll see...

Bench: 175 missed last rep. keep
Pullups: 2x10 w/ 35 up reps
Bi curl: 2x10 w/ 35 up reps
Tri ext: 2x10 w/ 90 up reps
Abs: done
