What are you talking about? Brock wasn't arrogant at the weigh-ins. All he said was it was time to get it on and fight.

Not only that but some of the clips of him befor the fight he is joking around about his BJJ skills. Far from arrogant.
I've also watched some WWE and Brock switched back and forth from good to bad like 4 times.
