Hey Eric great post on stretching etc, thanks for that.LOL I remember that thread, yes I was a little confused, thx for clearing that up mate.I think the problem may have been failing to keep the chest up enough and also a little bit of fatigue towards the end of my sets.Seems to be all good now tho mate, thx.
