Well, after an entire month of back pain, I finally got back to full duty. Ouch. Good to be back.
Squats: 205 keep
Bench: 175 MR, keep
DL: 300 up 5 (took it easy, was about time for a reset anyway)
Pullups: 2x8 w/ 45 inc reps if possible
Tri ext: 2x8 w/95 keep
Abs: done
