Squats - 5X5 225, 235, 245, 255, 265
Bench - 5X5 175
T-bar Rows - 5X5 95
Incline Bench - 3X8 135, 135, 145
Tricep stuff

Very sore lower back. Aggravated the ruptured disc doing deadlifts, I think. Maybe it will magically get better by Monday.
