Default Losing stubborn Belly fat

Well im new to this site, and i see lots of people have similar problems. A lil about me im 5'4 135, and im not fat. I just have some belly fat that makes me uncomfortable at the pool and beach. I have gotten into a routine of Cardio-mon,wed,fri riding a fixed bike for about an avg of 12.5 miles every time. I started working out every other day leaving sunday as a day of rest or recovery. I try to eat as healthy as I can, but it seems like the Military is not looking out for my health. Most of the food served here is fatty, oily, greasy, fried..I dont get it. I stay away from all that, eat mostly salads and fruits. I dont eat most the meat they serve, because of all the unhealthy stuff they add to the meat. For breakfast i usually eat some special K w/berrys, some boiled eggs, and fruit with milk. For lunch, i try to order grilled chicken sandwich, salad, fruit, and rice and vegetables. For dinner, I usually eat just fruit, or an extra grilled chicken sandwich from lunch with a salad. And I drink a protein shake first thing in the morning, and immediatly following a workout. Now if i have stubborn belly fat should i stay away from the protein shakes and take fat burners like lipo6, or just continue my routine with my protein shakes? Any help to point me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated. Like I said, im not fat, I just wanna look good with a shirt off. Thanks in advance.
