Well, I'm with you on that. I'd rather put my money on food as well. It was the sockeye salmon I was referring too, not the BF.

But I notice you didn't bother saying whether you were loading it. There is usually a reason for anything. If you don't like it, don't want it, etc. that is absolutely up to you and fine to boot. But don't expect people not to use something based on that unless you are willing to back it up. For instance you haven't mentioned any other creatine mono products. Instead you've mentioned designer creatines while at the same time implying that creatine is worthless in your opinion. You also, as I stated, didn't respond to whether you were taking "loading" amounts. All of this just doesn't add up to much.

It comes down to what seems like a knee-jerk reaction to very limited experience with creatine.
