Ok guys ...hey sry for the advise its what i was given..Im a begginer as well, so i dont know whats good and what isnt.

Recently ive been trying to figure out a work out plan. But i have no clue on how many set s of hwat with reps etc.

Anyone know a good post witha simple yet effect work out form
