On the Cissus, Jeff, I have read about being a pretty strong analgesic. The stuff about it healing bones seems to be pretty legit but it's not really been "tested" for ligament, tendons..so it's just an assumption there. But if the analgesic property is so strong then be careful since masking the pain could cause you some big problems. One thing most people don't seem to get in regards to injuries is that absence of pain DOES NOT mean healing of injuries. I'm not saying you don't know that but that you can sorta see why people would swear by it just by that alone. If you were to slip them some good pain meds and tell them it was a joint healing herb...they'd swear by that as well .

I'm not saying it won't help but just to be aware of that.
