Thanks for the heads-up Eric. I was aware of those things, but it's good that you posted them here. I should have mentioned more about the Cissus in my original post. Actually, the strong analgesic properties of the herb made me reluctant to use it in the first place, for the reasons you describe. Good that you brought it up.

We've got 3 weeks in July to mess around in Spain. I've been there before and would like to spend this time in the north east and perhaps one of the islands in the Med. I can't wait to give surfing in San Sebastian another go!
