That sounds AWESOME. I was in Spain for 6 weeks this summer. I was kind of based in Madrid, but got to go everywhere. Towards the end of the trip I went to Asturias and fished in Mieres (near Oviedo). I want to go back and rent a car...that would have made it so much better. It's worth it IMO if you're going to be traveling around a lot. You don't save that much money by taking trains, buses etc. San Sebastian is beautiful. Will you be around Pamplona for La Fiesta de San Fermin?
