Uh....I wouldn't really say you could just "supplement" it into your diet. You would get FLAMED for posting something so uninformed on any other board. It's supposed to be hormonal. I think it would be best to run a PCT + cycle support + other stuff...........
What are your stats? Do a little more research and then ask more questions....I just googled "androsterone" and found lots of info.
EDIT: Sounds pretty shitty and weak though.
