Thanks in advance for replys guys. I'm 6'2'' 185-190 fluctuating lbs. I was taking the CLA to burn fat (mainly for core detail). I read in mens fitness it's in the top 3 for best fat burners. I eat clean. Protein shake for breakfast + one after workout. I drink about 1 gallon of water per day for the creatine (mono - taken 45 mins before workout) which is in pill form....thinking about switching to powder. I'm simply not seeing the gains I want. I'm not gaining any weight even though i take the creatine. I'm staying nice and defined (not cut up) and not gaining mass. I don't think I have the $$ or the connections to start cycling any kind of illegal stuff so that's why I was looking towards the androsterone. I'd done research on it but i always get more from blogs such as this one. My ultimate goal is to be around 197 lbs and be pretty bulked up. You mentioned PCT + cycle support + other stuff.....what would be the cycle support and other stuff?? I would like to be taken seriously and please forgive any ignorance in the supplement world but lifting has become a liftstyle for me now and its turned my life around. I'm just stuck, not getting any bigger or smaller and would like any help to get myself to the next level safely.
