I'd like for you to go into as much detail as possible. Everytime I ask about anything related to test boosters or steroids people are ignorant as if they were never new to it at one point in their life. I knew what PCT meant. Are drugs like Superdrol and anabolic extreme different types of PCT??? Or is Superdrol and anabolic extreme steroids themselves? If i'm understanding you correctly you do a cycle of steroids (still unsure as to which ones are steroids - is androsterone a steroid?) and while doing that cycle you are taking other things (still unsure which other things) to counter the side effects and then once the cycle is over you take more stuff for the post cycle....do you continue to take the stuff you took during the cycle to counter the side effects after the cycle is over??? Any/all advice you can give is greatly appreciated....here's basically my weekly meal routine (it doesn't ever change much)

M-F - Protein shake in the morning (26 grams - one scoop)
Mid morning TLC bar (5 gs protein) or wheat crackers
Lunch - paste and vegs, turkey or hamburger or grilled chicken on wheat sometimes with a salad if i'm still hungry
afternoon sometimes another granola bar
dinner is always either a couple cans of raw tuna, meatballs with spag sauce, turkey burgers, peanut butter on wheat, or hamburgers. I work out m-t and sat. I drink about 7 or 8 20 oz bottles of water per day and drink a protein shake in the evenings after workout (56 grams 2 scoops). And also the creatine every day 5 grams of that before workouts and usually in the mornings on non workout days.

If you need a more difinitive eating schedule I can start monitoring and writing it down now but like I said i usually always eat the same stuff. Someone had told me to buy a higher calorie protein powder but another guy said it will just make me fat because i'm already at a good weight for my height. I'd seen enormous guys that are the same height and weight as me (6'2'') and that's what i'd like to accomplish without getting fat.
