Ok, the steroid questions.

things like superdrol, Havoc, Phera Plex, are steroids. They cause testicular shut down, and thus need pct to get you back to normal after the cycle. Good PCT's consist of a few things, A SERM like tamox citrate or Clomid, these things block estrogen from binding to receptors, and through a feedback loop help raise test levels. This is the basis of a good pct. You need to bring your hormone levels back into check.

Things like herbal test boosters (tribulus, long jack, fenugreek, tongkat ali, ect) can be helpful for libido issues after a cycle. It is unknown to what extent they actually help hormone recovery, and some may even hinder it.

All steroids come with side effects, for example test can cause some lipid (cholesterol) issues. So its important to suppliment with red yeast rice, and some sesamin to bring that back into check, both durring and after the cycle. Each steroid has different side effects, so these "other" supps will change with the cycle. For instance many orals have a 17aa methyl group attached to them for greater bioavailability. This is very liver toxic, and thus you should use milk thistle and/or NAC for liver detox.

As for diet, you definately arent eating enough to gain mass at your ht. and wt. I would suggest you write down what your eating and just look at how many cals a day your getting, you might be suprised. If you want to get big, you need to feed your body the fuel it needs to grow. I know your concerned about fat gain, but it takes a lot of work to find that sweet spot where your eating enough to grow, but not enough to pack on fat.

I would also adjust your pre and post workout shakes, you need more then just protien to grow, a good pre and post workout shake should have low gi carbs like dextrose, maltodextrine, or waxy maize starch in it. On a bit of a side note, if your adding creatine mono, and not taking with carbs like I listed above, your wasting it. Mono needs a glucose carrier to enter the blood stream.
