First off - just out of curiosity, why do you need to make 152s in 3-4 months? Season HAS to be over by then. Mine ends in a week and a half.

If you're 169 and 'kinda fat' - what body fat % are you talking about? You might even want to work more on bulking up: keep in mind that packing on muscle will speed up your metabolism. I read your other post, but it still seems like the way to go, especially in the offseason. Bulk up and some of the fat will come off as well.

Remember, though, that if you're not rail thin already, you don't need to be 152 to go 152 even at the beginning of next season. Our 52 weighs about 168-170 offseason and makes weight with no problem.

Last thing: remember to do all the offseason wrestling too. Wrestling has a strength component, but what helped me out this past offseason was getting in 46 offseason matches and wrestling at least 3 times a week year-round. I know this is off-topic but it's key. Find a wrestling club nearby if you can (what state are you in?).

Good luck!
