Thanks for all the help hrdgain! Would you suggest I buy a high cal protein powder? The powder I have now is 256 cals per serving (one scoop) I've been doing two scoops after workout. It's hard for me to take the creatine with carbs because I work out directly after work which is in an office building so i have just been taking the capsules with water. Would it be better for me to just wait until I get home and take the mono with my protein shake??? Do you have any suggestions on eating more? I already feel I eat so much but I agree with you i'm probably not getting enough cals. Should I maybe pack a couple wheat and PB sandwiches to eat mid morning and mid afternoon to replace the granola bars?? I think i'm going to try the new protein shake along with new creatine (powder this time) and see if that helps. I don't understand how some of these 18 yr old kids are affording all these steroids and PCT sups?? Let me know what you think. I'm willing to give anything a try as long as I can afford it and do it right........THANKS AGAIN!
