Yes all the componants are removeable and adjustable. I set the hook that holds the bar with weights where I want then set the saftey pins where they need to be. I can set the pins from 18" off the ground all the way up to 7ft off the ground.

If you look ar the pic the bar you see by my dogs head is where I set my saftey bars for bench pressing
