She posts on the site every once in a blue moon. She is going to be doing another figure competition in several months. Surprises me that her pre/post workout nutrition isn't always that great. But when you depend on one person (your trainer) for most of your knowledge/advice, then that's kinda risky..
This taught me enough to convince her that half of a banana post workout isn't sufficient...contrary to what she told me. I already knew that there weren't enough carbs...didn't know about the whole GI deal though. I just got her to increase the protein in her PWO shake from 20 to 30 grams...that was
hard work.
