Superset - everything
Met one of my buddies in the gym. He was doing some superset crazy ass workout that he found somewhere. I did it with him just because I haven't done any rep work in months now. And my back is no good, so I couldn't do squats. No breaks in between...we hit everything in the upper body. Lifted for 60 seconds or did 30 reps. For everything. My posterior delts have never been more sore in my entire life. I have never been so sore during/directly after a workout or for such a long period of time. It was fun and something different. Back to normal on Wed...minus deads.
