I've long been an advocate of limiting HFCS, and I've always kept my fruit intake to a min. But I didnt realize just how harmful this shit can really be. I know rat studies dont nessisarily mean anything when compared to humans, but it should atleast be a warning sign that these things can be harmful. I wasnt aware of the copper issues that went along with high intake of frutose either, very informative.
