Cool.
One reason I wanted to post it also is to sort of hammer home the difference between the consumption of fruit and HFCS and sucrose table sugar in large amounts. A normal amount of fruit in the diet...up to 3 or 4 servings a day if it fits you caloric goals and macros is NOT going to be harmful. Of course one can choose which types of fruit they thing is best but fruit has been painted a villian for too long and I'm sick of it. Some fructose in the diet, in a package of fiber and nutrients, is useful and desirable.
All of this is basically about limiting processed sugars...something we all know of course. The thing I posted before that about fructose and metabolic syndrome X is interesting as well.
I know hrdgain gets this stuff but in case anyone wonders why I post this stuff it is because a lot of people just go around authoritatively regurgitating what other people have said on forums. I like to have this stuff available so that people can back up the statements they choose to make or at least to draw their own conclusions. Personally, I choose to not get all my nutrition info from Ch45&&-DUDE or someone like that
