Here's what Im trying to do, just starting out:
Been doing average 30 min cardio 5 days a week and weights. My weight routine has been 1 set as many reps as I can with as much weight as I can tolerate. Want to lose weight and build a little muscle. Not sure the best way to do this. I am drinking protein shakes, as well to help the muscles.
Advice?
