I would agree with Widdoes and up your protein.
ie: 156lbs x 1.5g = 234(protein) x 4 = 936 cals
..............x 1g = 156 (carbs) x 4 = 624
..............x .5g = 78 (fat) x 9 = 702
Total = 2262 cals
If you want to carb up every 7th day , that may be a good idea and take about 250 carbs
just an idea.
