Chinup: 1x4, 1x2 60lbs on assist, 1 negative
(I just felt hardcore doing a negative!)
Goblet Squat: 3x8 - 10
Rows: 3x6 - 50
Calves: 3x8 - 175
Preacher Curl: 3x6 - 25 (hammer strength half machine... the bench was being used and the guy was taking 10 years.)
Abs: 3x15
