The amino fuel, I would take as Talo suggested, and perhaps in the morning on off days. there is a lot of good stuff in amino fuel I'm just not sure how cost effective it is.

I've been confused for 18 months. I have read that you should/shouldn't take CEE, take mono etc.
I was under the impression though that you should only take creatine on an empty stomach (I understood that it would turn into creatinine if it stayed in your stomach). If you take it with your shake, is that still an empty stomach?
Am I incorrect or would cee or mono both be ok to take with pre/post shake?
Or is only mono suggested with a shake?
