I don't mean your long term goals have canged. I take it you have the same nebulous goas as everyone else...to be big and cut .

But to make long term goals a reality you have to set short term goals. Usually with other things, setting short terms goals is about making small changes to realize a new milestone. But with bodybuilding it become constantly changing directions. Someone tell me how this makes sense?

But I think you should look at progression in the gym instead of trying to monitor progress by asthetic changes OTHER than of course, not letting the bodyfat get out of control, etc.
