Gym yesterday sucked. hardcore. went to the gym at school... big mistake. so i met up with one of the girls from my class and she asked if i wanted to workout with her... not wanting to be rude i did... so i didn't get enough done that i wanted to do.
Then when i was telling her we should do chinups on the assist machine, i got on the topic of doing negatives to have some tit who was the biggest creeper tell me that's not what they're called... he then said "don't worry, you girl's are doing ok."
it took every ounce of strength for me to not bark back and tell him he's a f*cking moron and to go back to his machines and leave us the F alone.
lesson of the day... to avoid retards, don't go to the school gym.
Chinup: 2x4 - 60lbs on assist
Goblet Squat: 3x8 - 10 (hurt my back last time, so did the same but made sure i had the proper form)
Rows: 3x8 - 50
Calves: 2 x 12 - 50 dumbbells (couldn't find calf machine, didn't know what else to do but raise my heels... sucky i noe.)
Preacher Curl: didn't get to. yupp worst gym day ever.
Abs: 2 x 15 - 10, ab twisty machine (her choice)
9 mins HIIT

so going today, and putting in a good workout.
