Hi Jessica,
Everyone reacts to weight loss differently. Last summer I lost 50 pounds in 3 months through hard training and clean eating. I watched everything I ate and kept my carbs and fat to a minimum.
My workout consisted of very fast paced low weight reps with no more than 1 minute in between sets. I also did about 30 minutes of cardio with my workout as well.
