Wow, thank you tons IK. I'll definitely work on glute activation before lifts from now on, I guess I need to warm up a little more usefully, thanks for pointing that out.
If that doesn't help (or even if it does), what do you mean 'adjustment' - like, what needs adjusting? I trust your experience but I am curious what you mean by 'out of alignment'.
I'll check around to see if I can get in with a chiro, and check the form too.
