PP is just fine for fat loss. The main thing you have to have in check is your cal intake and cal burning levels.
There is no 'magic supp' that will make you burn off a bunch more fat just by taking it.

I didn't really want to take supplements, but i hear people talking about them a lot and thought I maybe should to get better results. I've revamped my diet, and have seen some results through that
