You know, this is off-topic, but, how did Mr. Right manage to go through four tats in 3 months? The tats on the left aren't the same as on the right... that's weird.
As for weight loss, IK is right, you don't need anything special. Just keep your cals/macros where they should be. When I was trying to get to 189 I also did some HIIT but I don't know that it's essential - maybe someone more experienced than me could say whether it's a good/bad idea in your situation.
