adjustment is just the chiro manipulating your spine and such
i went to one thursday...got the old cracky cracky...feeling lots better.
the one thing that could suck is if you're a first timer, some places want to do an exam on you that is kinda spendy...i think mine was like $130 plus another 30 for the adjustment...kinda sucked but...i don't have to do it again.
