What do you mean uneven? Strength wise? Size wize?

The first thing is to focus on the idea that there is "tendonitis" or something like that which points to an underlying problem. Don't focus on the size first, that is not the answer. Size comes as a side-effect of proper function.

Go into the last few posts of the injury sticky at the top of the training forum. There are some links to articles and different things that can give you some ideas and help you out, hopefully.

You can do some tests and check the difference in flexibility. Actually, go to the Stretching and Flexibility article located in the training articles section and the last post by me in that article is a link to some stuff you should do which may help also. Keep in mind that shoulder disfunction can actually involve things more that "just" the shoulder joint itself.

This is at least a direction to go in.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
