Marv, don't just "add" to the volume you already have. I don't care what you are doing and whether it involves steady incremental loading or what it won't do you a darn bit of good to not make your joints a priority when they need to be. That doesn't really mean you have to give up anything as for as strength and size, necessarily, you just have to be willing to change and comprimise.

And it is very important of EVERYBODY to sometimes lay off this notion of sets, reps VOLUME VOLUME VOLUME. Embrace the notion of quality of quantity and you will be amazed at the results. I could go on and on about what I mean by that but we would be better off to just deal with the specifics.

If you list out your whole plan and how you plan to put in the other things I'm sure I can help you implement it. I'm sure others can to of course
