Step Ups 40kg 4x14, 50kg 1x10
Pull Throughs 100lbs 1x9,2x15
Bench PR wg 125kg 1x1
Rows 92.5kg 5x5
Grip Work 3x5
I used the safety squat bar for the step ups. I dont know what it weigh's. Tried one set with 60kg on the bar, it was to heavy and I really felt it in the knees for a few seconds. I loved the pull throughs, I used a rope handle. I might make some vids next time for You guys to look at.
Decided to go for a PR on bench It was slow, but I got it out.
