Doesn't ON have the BCAA's already in it? I have my container in the car, but I thought it had around 5g of Branched Aminos and 4 grams of glutamine in each scoop.

Yeah I used to take glutamine seperately, stopped. and my body feels the same post workout and throughout the recovery. I would reccommend casein protein with a multivitamin before bed to aid with recovery while you sleep.

I like ON because it tastes good with water, and its dirt cheap because they don't advertise their product with 5 page "Scientific Reports."
