Im still working on my diet, and Im having a bit hard time sticking to it at the moment.
Most of my goal is to lose weight, the muscle thing is secondary although I would like a little something.
As far as my weights, just a general main-muscle group work out for the whole body 3x a week, 1 set for each main part.

in my personnal experience if im going hard at something then im gunna be basically dead after its done, it could be different for someone thats going to try and lose weight and gain a little muscle
