bulgarian squats: 30's, 3 x 5

incline bench: 120, 3 x 5

chest supported row: 90, 3 x 5

rdl's: 60, 2 x 5

dips: 10, 1 x 16, 2 x 15

plank: 90 sec

side bends: 30, 2 x 10

pretty good day...took it light on the rdl's...and didn't do barbell squats...yanked my lower back a bit two weeks ago on the MP max...deadlifts probably not a good idea on monday...still kinda tight..going back to chiro on friday...so no deads on friday...unless they are real light...ice and stretching over the weekend...and hopefully be back in business by next wednesday.
