From every source.....? As in the website or the part of the chicken you're eating?

Almost all of the main nutritional websites are pretty much going to give you the same numbers.

In terms of what part of the chicken you eat (breast, thigh, drumstick...) you're going to have different macro values. So you'll need to look those up until you can remember them.
