tuesday (if i remember correctly) this is what i did.
jumprope: 5 minutes
squat: 1x6 at 225 2x6 at 275 1x6 at 295
lunges: 3x8 at 95
seated row: 3x8 at 150
lat pulldown: 3x8 at 130
basketball: 60 minutes
and this is what i did yesterday
jumprope: 5 minutes
basketball: 120 minutes
today i skipped the lift so my buddies and i could all go out to lunch after school.
