help please
Hi poor on the road too much. I usually east fruit (apple, grapes, blueberries, pineapple etc) for breakfast. I take 2 gatorades and supplement with water. Lunch is usually chicken or pasta, sometimes a Double cheeseburger ( I know can't help myself). Dinner is veggies, a meat (usually chicken, or a burger) and yams or potatoes. Does that help? Thanks
